This 24" wide x 80" high PV Solar Shutter panel will fit the opening for most standard sized sliding glass doors. Pair this with one more to cover a 48" wide door or 2 more to cover a 72" wide door.

- The PV Solar Shutter combines the beauty, function, and energy efficient qualities of an interior plantation shutter with the renewable energy power production qualities of solar panels.
- PV solar cells are set into each individual shutter and collect the sun’s energy to produce power.
- When PV cells are exposed to direct sunlight they convert it into electricity. This electricity is then fed into a small “grid tie inverter.” The inverter “translates” the electricity so, when connected to the building’s power system, it is usable in a building or residence.
