As part of this program we commit to donating at least 1% of our profit to environmental nonprofits.

We trust that by pushing ourselves and our industry to reach for new horizon that our actions will not only have an effect on a small scale, but will also help to create a new mentality. When people purchase our product, we expect they will not only save money on their electricity, but will also start thinking about the impact of their choices on how much energy they use. We want to inspire them to take small steps and turn off the lights when they leave a room or participate in a community cleanup day or to read power labels when buying new appliances. If other companies can see we are trying new and progressive alternative energy methods then maybe they will too. With everybody on board, we can make some true progress.
